We are an independent, family-run business with thirty years of experience & expertise in carpet repair. We love restoring our customers' carpets and saving them money!

How will you repair my carpet?
Most of our repairs involve inserting a donor piece of carpet in the place of the damage, or reconstructing the damaged area fibre-by-fibre. The best technique would depend on the type of carpet, the nature of the damage, and the availability of spare carpet.
So if you would like to send us photos of the damage to your carpet, we would be happy to explain exactly what the repair options are and which would give you the most invisible finish.
We perform these repairs in-situ, at your property, at a time that's convenient for you. One or two of our technicians will attend, with a minimal amount of equipment, so there's no need to move furniture or take up the carpet in preparation.
Will the repaired area be noticeable afterwards?
Our aim is always to make the damage, and our repair, unnoticeable. We understand that you want your landlord, potential buyer, guests or customers to see nothing but a flawless carpet. As you can see from our previous work, we can repair all kinds of damage with a 100% invisible finish.
If we feel this will be unachievable for some reason, we will let you know before starting the repair. The reason may be that the spare carpet supplied is not a close enough match, the particular type of carpet won't allow for an invisible repair, or the existing carpet is too well worn. We have over 30 years of experience in carpet repair, so we will do our best to overcome any obstacles, and if anything less than perfect is the only possible option, we will explain this to you and only proceed to make the repair to the best of our ability with your approval.

Is this going to cost me an arm and a leg?
Our prices are competitive and very reasonable. Our repairs are guaranteed to last for the lifetime of your carpet, so you'll be getting excellent value for money.
So how will this work?
Send us a photo of the damage to your carpet and let us know whether or not you have any spare carpet. We will give you our advice on the best possible repair option and a quote, and if you would like to go ahead with the repair, we'll arrange a time that’s convenient for you to come and perform the repair. (If you are unable to keep our appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise a cancellation fee applies). On the day, one of our technicians will arrive at the time arranged, repair the damage to your carpet, and you can pay then and there by cash or bank transfer. We will send you an invoice by email and ask you to leave a review on our website or social media, to let others know what a great job we did!
